Mr. Liu Kuo-Chun is a renowned Hong Kong entrepreneur who founded Chung Nam Cotton Mill and Hong Kong Textile Company Limited, becoming one of the pioneers of Hong Kong's textile industry. With exceptional business acumen and innovative spirit, he expanded his enterprises and contributed to the modernization of Hong Kong's industrial sector. Additionally, he invested in real estate and finance, further expanding his business empire and establishing himself as a key figure in Hong Kong's business community.
In the field of education, Mr. Liu Kuo-Chun recognized the importance of education for social development and actively engaged in educational philanthropy. He donated funds to build several schools and established scholarships to help underprivileged students complete their studies. For example, he supported the development of The Chinese University of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as well as educational initiatives at numerous mainland universities. His philanthropic spirit was reflected not only in financial contributions but also in his long-term commitment to improving educational quality and nurturing talent.
本校有幸獲劉國鈞基金支持，為學校明日教室裝設CSA XR SPACE 及建立Starry Café，令學校教育與時並進，建立特色課程。此外，更由2024－2025學年起，增設「劉國鈞STEAM表現優異獎」，獎勵在STEAM各學科或活動中表現傑出的學生。
Our school is honored to receive support from the Liu Kuo-Chun Foundation, which has enabled the installation of CSA XR SPACE and the establishment of Starry Café in our Tomorrow's Classroom. This initiative keeps our educational offerings up-to-date and helps us develop distinctive curricula. Additionally, starting from the 2024-2025 academic year, we will introduce the "Liu Kuo-Chun STEAM Excellence Award" to recognize students who demonstrate outstanding performance in STEAM subjects or related activities.
